Problem 1 - Dice knock out!

8 friends are playing a new dice game which is all the rage with computer scientists. It is called dice knock out. The rules are simple. Each person throws a single die. Who ever gets the lowest score will be knocked out. If more than one person gets the same low score then they will throw again until they are knocked out. This continues until only one person is left. This person is the winner.
